We have and manage a portfolio of HMO* Properties which consists of professional, and student let shared houses: which are let either as a whole to a group of people or on a room-by-room basis. Each property is unique in design and layout and all offer something different to the rental market.

You can be rest assured all of our shared houses are either licensed or meet the guidelines of the local Council. Tenancies start form an initial six months and can be rolled on monthly or renewed as required.
